Bring the whole family to celebrate Prince’s birthday at Skateville with Purple Playground.  Live DJs will spin all purple music, including songs by students from the Academy of Prince. Skate or dance or just party like it’s 2022.

Our free Academy of Prince music programs teaches teens how to write and record their own original songs in a professional recording studio. Teachers include musicians who worked with Prince and the students gain confidence and creative skills and a lot of new friends.

Our programs are tuition-free and supported by donations from Purple Playground supporters and grants.
