PRINCEFEST 2024…NEW DATE…NEW LOCATION

PRINCEFEST, SAT APRIL 20, 2024 ITINERARY

Minnesota Music Hall of Fame open 10:00am – 2:00pm. Free admission.

~10:30am – 11:30am: Moises Suriel will talk about the Prince Statue, the Eyes Mural and the Purple Rain mural inside the Hall of Fame.

~11:00am – 1:00pm: Jefferson Davis, the artist of the Guitar Sculpture, will talk about his artistic process outside the Hall of Fame.

Shuttle service available between MN Music Hall of Fame and Turner Hall 10:00am – 2:00pm

Turner Hall opens at 10:00am with Prince vendors/artists throughout the day. DJ spinning Prince music until 3:00pm. Admission is $20.00 at the door for all Turner Hall events. Free parking behind Turner Hall.

We suggest you come to Turner Hall first, pay admission to get purple wrist band, get your table, then shuttle to Hall of Fame.

~ 2:30pm – 3:00pm. Grand unveiling of the new Moises Suriel “Purple Family” mural

~ 3:00pm – 4:30pm. Live music by Johnny Rogers

~ 5:00pm Local Student Talent show

~ Second set of live music by Johnny Rogers

Jerome Newsom will be performing 2 Morris Day and the Time songs, The Bird and Jungle Love.

NOTE: Music Hall of Fame and Turner Hall are approximately 1.5 blocks apart
